    necro uses curse of gloom and suddenly starts to hit 600 dmg higher then I with archmage.

    curse of gloom lands pretty much, however i have all items +16 elemented and rb jewels. GF.
    And i'm not crying or complaining I'm just telling what is wierd Very Happy Do whatever you want about this. But in my opinion duelist was good as it was before, no need for nerf.
    However there is another story about Eva's Templar HP recovery, healing and etc. They heal too much. You nerfed battle heal? comon nerf those bastards too.

    Curse of doom might have a good landing, but surrenders delete the resist protection and gloom doesn't.

    resistance delete which only deletes like 20 out of 200+ attribute, has no change in dmg almost.
    and not many people uses resist element buff, like i don't ..
    and surrenders just don't land, no matter what, maybe 1/100 casts.

    The last time i used surrender on a person was ages ago, even at +20 it lands almost never.

    It deletes the buff, which is 20 + (4 * enchant lvl). With +10 buff it's 60 deleted.
    You should use it.
    Haven't tested myself. But I can say it deletes resistance for sure in the first or second cast.

    it only lowers more IF it lands, and since it doesn't land anyway .. and ppl ratehr deal dmg then trying to land a failing land skill, it just uses up buff slots.

    My opinion is that even if surrenders will change to land more, and they delete the resist buff( which will later be 60 or 120 or 180 or even more depending on the elements on armors, and after 120 it is minimum the bonus dmg) , it cannot be compared with the -23% debuff of gloom.

    This is true, 23% is a big difference but gloom also lands quite rarely if your passives are high enough. Surrender will never land, ever Smile

    It is if for example you have prominence with +15 fire vulnerability, vortex with +15 fire vuln and surrender with +fire vuln(Not actually to accurate, its probably hideously wrong). However thats 3 skills that a) have to land and b) have to be at least +10 as opposed to 1.
