Archers and Heroic Valor

I know I said I would change those 2 things today, but Sharaman is doing some thing on the server and I will make both tomorrow morning (ahhh, holliday ), ok?

hero valor back to a few minutes, makes mages less OP if they use it :3
and archers with bugged rapid shot is annoying, unless tricksters also get buged fast shot xD

i go for 3-4 mins instead of 5.

btw, in server changes you said: decrease atk spd on +time (while that is bug, why not make it just 0?)
and you said changed rapid fire (the moonlight sent skill) back to retail values, isn't that also supposed to be rapid shot? :?

Archers need a small boost, trust me, we tested them retail like.

Rapid Fire:
+20% attack speed (Sharaman changed it to 0 when changed rapid shot)
-50% attack range

IMO saggi should have less attack speed then moonlight sentinel. If its not like that its stupid and bugged.

worst change ever, that would mean there is no positive effect to the skill ! xD
and rapid shot +time giving attack speed is a freaking bug, why ruin normal working skills then omg >.>
and just like fired said, saggi's should have LESS attack spd then moonlight, they have less DEX and they have only 1 atk spd increasing buff instead of 2 ...

better changed the bug giving atk spd on time to 0 ....

Yes, we had a small argument about that. He made it a auto-debuff xD
