i got the same problem atm .. repairing epilogue now, and then hoping it will work, or something like that xD

You only have to delete (or rename) the original system folder. Then extract the files inside the patch in the LineageII folder and agree with everything. Finally start from the L2.exe inside the system that was in the patch.
