donation shops are removed, because with the update we wil lget today (if not already),
we can farm Blue Eva (90%) and Bloody Pa'agrio (45) @ Pvp zones (Nemesis) to buy new items.
i don't know what those new items are yet, but i believe they are the improved dynasty armor set versions.

No, donation shop was removed before I decided to use those coins for something else.
