tank use bow on oly

I thought this problem was fixed but i dont see the result i expect
today at oly i was with my sagi ( MrSkandalo ) vs Crush ( D.elf tank ) and when we started crush had equipped a +16 icarus bow and hitted me like 1400 and i was hitting him only 300 thats unfair cause they have very high p def and deflect arrow and now we have the same problem? i lost 4 points from this match and anoter 4 from a lag that happened :S

Please Fix this problem as soon as possible

And i think we need to reduce quick healing pot reuse tanks are godlike -.-

well, tank with bow is okay,
but haplo did make a penalty for non-archers using a bow (p.atk multiplier 0.1x)
but it used to work, but now it doesnt anymore! D:
maybe it changed back to normal when the new system folder came?

fired i have experienced this problem with a lot of tanks at pvp also i think that the bow penalty might be deleted when the new system came out

I cant agree with this because system folder is client based and this is server based add-on of server.

they are not archers, so they shouldn't act like that.
and i can confirm that the change used to work before.

i rape all fighters in 1 v 1, except duelist and GK.
but all run, so?

and make mages tottaly ghey in olys xD there are chars or tanks which of course can be killed by titan, duelist or MAGES, so if this is removed from server guess how muc you will hit tank or titan, duelist for? emh 500 dmg? Then duelist uses champion favor and woooohooo 5k dmg 2x and bye bye mister mage.

ok you tell me if it balanced that tanks have 15k hp 3-4k p def + deflect arrow and they can use it too and do the double dmg of you -.-

Sin if you were in my age you could see that some ppl dont know how to behave so dont talk only about age :/ i have been playing l2 1 year only but i know how to behave in-game and i have learned to lose and accept it . And you think im the only 14 years old boy that plays l2?

Its normal why? cuz l2 is make for off not for servers where are +16 items ( cuz all + armors take hp )
Dagger and mage too have +10k HP ... And when u get +1k hp per 1 part of armor... And YES its normal when it hits you harder than you do it.....
