Using that heal on oneself (the skill descriptions are sometimes wrong, but in this case we decided to follow the description to nerf the skill) means your char in invulnerable. It costs 0 MP, 0 HP, heals you, 0 reuse and fast casting, sorry but that's OP.
And the paladin's have a normal heal (apart from the touch of life) that uses MP called Holy Blessing.

ohh ok.. IMo that 's stupid cuz that's not how the skills is supossed to be.. and if u are gonna change it u should change all stupid skills like steal divinity touch of death, rush (ddombridge)

well on high + you can heal yourself without any costs of hp/mp.
it costs hp, but you heal more then you sacrifice.
and skill description said it's supposed to be for others not yourself.
theoretical it's also ironic to sacrifice your own life to heal yourself.

yes its ironic, but i play l2 since c3 and sacrifica has always been like this..
besides the only way to heal yourself more than the cost of hp is if u have sacrifico + 14> or if u score a ctritical.. that 's why i say it =/
btw i m not english so probally my english is not the best xD

well imagine +14+ sacrifice in oly, heal heal heal and ur full without any costs.

Dunno if you have ever played in L2 Official servers...
You cant heal yourself like that, it cost you more then you can heal and If only you cast magic critical heal on yourself it is a good thing, for all other times it sucks. Thats how it is. Even with rb jewels etc, prayer etc it should give just ~+400 Boost on heal so its not that good. Anyway in this server is that skill is fucked up so i dunno maybe this was the best choice to balance it.
